Unfinished Business

Hello!  I realize it's been almost 6 years since the last time I updated this story.  Real life and a little game called Sims 3 got in the way.  Lol

But now, with the release of the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, I'm revisiting this story and some old friends.

Look for some new updates in the next weeks and a conclusion that will knock your socks off.

Hello! I hope you're well. I know it's been almost two years since your last post, and that the story was written almost eight years ago, but I have read your story, and I loved it. The characters were interesting, and the story was riveting. I honestly wanted to make a story out of the characters that I created in my game, but in the Sims 4 (which is what I play now), the sims age on their own, so they're hard to keep up with (I have so many of them). I suppose I could write stories about what HAS happened to them...maybe. I'm just wondering where to start, but I'm afraid all that might crash my mother's computer, and I don't want to do that. If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi, it's me, the original author of Party of One. I recently got another new job and it is extremely demanding. I can't believe people are still reading this! Yes, I began this story nearly 9 (!!!) years ago and just began re-reading it. Given the real-life events of the past week it remains sadly relevant today.
I have tried Sims 4. I can play around in CAS all day long, but cannot stay in game longer than ten to fifteen minutes. I even bought the expansion pack. Still cannot get into this game at all. So, no, really, I have no real advice for you on how to write a Sims 4 story, only commiseration. Lol One thing I would suggest if you're trying to do a story, is to turn off aging in the options panel.
I hope to (eventually) author a satisfying conclusion to this story, I've gone back and forth on how to do the ending many times over the past years.
Again, thank you for reading and I hope this helps you!
